We are proud to have been represented at the Africa CX Leaders Forum in Kigali, Rwanda from 11–12 September 2025, a truly historic gathering of Customer Experience (CX) thought leaders & professionals from across the continent.

The forum brought together voices from all over Africa, demonstrating the power of collaboration in shaping strategies that will transform businesses across the continent by elevating CX.

The beauty of Kigali and the warmth of the Rwandese people & culture, highlighted by the mesmerizing traditional dancers at the conference, made the experience even more unforgettable.

We were especially honored that our Chief Customer Experience Officer led the Commission tasked with creating a CX Transformation Framework for Africa’s SMEs, working alongside brilliant CX leaders from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon, Uganda, Tanzania, and Botswana. After months of hard work and dedication, the Commission unveiled blueprints to guide SMEs across Africa in embedding CX into their business strategy, a vital step towards driving revenues, loyalty and sustainable growth.
