Stella is a Customer Experience professional with a wealth of experience in the hospitality, ICT, healthcare, telecommunications, renewable energy and biotechnology industries. She is skilled in driving strategic Customer Experience initiatives, implementing customer-centric solutions, and enhancing service delivery to achieve exceptional, world-class experiences.
Stella is also a member of the Institute of Customer Experience in Kenya and has served as a Steering Council Member, Judge and Keynote Speaker at the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) on multiple occasions.

Gillian Ndeti
Co-founder & Director, Business Development
Gillian is Co-founder & Director, Business Development at CX Pro Africa, a Customer Experience consultancy firm whose vision is building loyal customers, one experience at a time!
With over a decade of experience scaling financial and digital services across Africa, she brings a track record of leading transformative projects, from international money transfers to credit and bulk payment solutions. She has delivered growth at top-tier firms like Safaricom (M-PESA), Airtel, and Simple Transfer—building products, teams, and partnerships that move the needle.
She is passionate about creating solutions that serve real customer needs, unlocking new revenue streams, and leading high-performance teams.
